Political Satire and humour with a genuine whiff of Reality.

Racisim starts, where compassion ends and is relative to proximity. Everyone is racist to the point where their intelligence meets their ignorance...

Big Chief Shadowhawk.

Q. Is Nationalism racist?

A. Of course… Nationalism is the underpinning philosophy behind all racism however, it is not quite that straight forward. National pride is different and racism is not solely colour prejudice.

Firstly, please understand the nature of my none-partisan Irish background in order to fully comprehend the gravity of my article before raising critical judgement: I was raised a catholic originating from Belfast, brought up in ‘multi-cultural’ Dewsbury, (England) by a Muslim stepfather (from Kashmir). I lived my entire life ‘through the barricades where East is East’ ...

After leaving the British Military, I have spent many years traveling as a digital nomad, living in different countries, experiencing numerous cultures along with encountering many different shades of people, all around the world. This culminated in the conceptualisation of the 7’s C’s of Racism, for my own understanding of the subject. I broke these basics into 3 segments of understanding... recognise where you sit on each of the 7 'C's.

  1. Colour
  2. Creed
  3. Caste
     ---
  4. Culture
  5. Class
  6. Cash
    ---
  7. Country

There is an old and inappropriate joke in South Africa that starts: What is the difference between a tourist and a racist?  …
A. Two weeks.

Whilst this can be viewed as being slightly off colour, it is not the colour that is the issue, it is the environment that coloured person is in. Rest assured, 2 weeks chillin’ in the burb’s of Jo’burg is not for the faint hearted honky!

Racism is not as systemic as it is chronic. Many people are racist and just do not realise it, or how much so they are. This is because most people are not directly affected by the implications and ramifications that an imposing community or culture presents; Western communities are more often, ‘stable and insular'. We all see ourselves as righteous, however, what most don't realise is that our level of righteousness changes with proximity, particularly to a multi-cultural enclave... such is my hometown of Dewsbury. A living testement to the unwashed working class, and where my British roots lie.. as opposed to my thoroughbred Irish roots, based in the Ardoyne, Belfast. The problems in Palestine, Israel and across the Middle East are the same in principal when you cut it to the nut; it's all duplicitous religious hypocrisy, at scale!

My Irish parents divorced in 1971, I returned to Belfast from England with my mother to live in Rathcoole… a staunchly loyalist Protestant area. We stayed with my aunt, who was in a mixed-race/catholic-protestant marriage. I had an English accent, like the British soldiers, but was catholic, like the Irish Nationalists. Institutionally polarised, I went to a catholic school where I was affectionately known as ‘the fucking Brit’ and when I returned to Rathcoole, I amended my alter ego and became ‘the fucking Taig [Tadgh] or Fenian', hated by protestants. ‘Bloody Sunday’ '72 brought interesting times for me as a 6 year old in Belfast; I learned how to fight... because I had no choice.

As a white 6-year-old child I was blindly hated by the people around me for nothing more than breathing. People are not hated because they are black, brown nor catholic; they are hated because some ignorant a$$hole, often marginalised and ostracized in their bedroom, does not have the capacity to understand life. It is that simple… it is not you, it’s them! Every single one of us is hated by somebody somewhere that we do not know… and who knows nothing about us. However, we ignore it or do not have the where-withal to realise it. Christian, Jew, Muslim, black, brown, indigenous, just not white, of course. As they say in Ireland… ‘catch yourselves on’.  Equal is equal; it is not a difficult concept to grasp really... equality.

My ‘mixed-race’ Irish family were burnt out of their home in Dargle Street, Belfast, during 'The ‘Troubles’. 5 petrol bombs, one for each child in the house, came through the windows… thrown by friends and neighbours. Everything was lost except lives. Neighbours linked arms to stop the fire and servicemen from helping or extinguishing the inferno, nor to assist a fleeing young catholic family. This was white on white racism, something most black American people have little concept of… brown people do.

I will go one further and suggest that most African Americans in particular, cannot understand the concept of racism in its entirety because they have never perceived any of their plight as being black on black, it is always white on black, or colour prejudice. This entirely removes all reverse empathy and with it the ability to see both sides of the debate, which is necessary to comprehend any subject fully and empathically. This also in turn can create a victim like mentality in the majority of coloured people and hence brought about the misconception that became, not without merit, 'white priviledge'.

But, let's give this concept more thought before moving on; white privilege as a construct can only be envisaged or experienced by a black person. White people are incapable of having a black person's perspective and are therefore ambivalent or unaware of it. White privilege can only be a construct of coloured conceptions, adopted by white liberals.

Whilst this may be a highly controversial statement, the majority of African Americans must be perceived as being blindly biased on the entire topic of racism because they have only ever experienced their side of the argument... sadly in contrast the same can also be said about the white (US) majority too. Black Africans, however, differ considerably due to their different life experiences… Black on black racism is occurring in Africa, without doubt …  bocko- haram.

Black (& brown) on White racism does exist, I've witnessed this globally in different measure, it is rarely discussed or spoken about nor is it readily recognised due to perceived 'white privalege'. Coloured cultures do have the same derogatory terms for white people in their own languages... Gaijin in Japanese for example equates to 'the white devil', Gora and Gori are often spat out by Pakistani's at white people, unbeknownst... I have seen this, I get it and much more.

Remember that 'racist one-liner' from Rita, Sue and Bob too? "I can't help it if my dad's a Paki"... either. However, I'm a racist when I say it, no matter how true it is. If an obese, fatherless, practicing jew (Christian, Muslim etc.) upsets you, do you have the right to call him by the recognisable and correct nouns and pronouns... and are the facts of that matter racist? Truth or not; this leads into the argument relating to the freedom of speech and the right to offend. Unfortunately but truly, circumstances are likely to deteriorate further if we continue heading in the polarising direction that society is currently going… i.e. a biased perception of Equality.

Here is an indication of where it is going wrong… What is outright racist is the MoBo’s; The Music of Black Origin awards, it does not get any more so. Imagine if white people introduced ‘The Honkys – no coloureds allowed’ the PC police would have a field day. Now it may be argued that the Oscars are just that, but does this explain ‘black (or Muslim) only, exclusive schools… black/Muslim only scholarships, the list goes on.  I appreciate that Eton, Yale (and the like) might be whitewashed, with money, but you can still attend if you are black, Jewish or Asian, clever enough and… can afford; is it all about the 6th C ... Cash. (?) I will make that question easier ... How many black Trillionaires can you name? Billionaires? White ones?

There are plenty of ‘Black only’ legitimised endeavours and organisations in today’s sphere of existence but official ‘White Only’ associations … they cause an absolute shit storm wherever they go. This ‘double standards’ approach to equality epitomises passive aggressive black on white racism and it needs be highlighted and discussed. I am certainly not endorsing right wing knobhead fascist factions either, equality means just that, treat everyone the same. Even if it is downright shitty... at least be consistent and magnanimous with your shittiness.

Here is a blatantly obvious statement; “All lives matter”, a far more altruistic statement and a legitimate protest movement in the USA. Controversially, this short-lived group was deemed as being right wing, racist and was quickly dissolved, never to be heard of again. ‘White Lives Matter’ would almost certainly be deemed as being downright racist, and Jewish lives … ‘anything’ … need I say more? The Holocaust was white on white racism.

Surely, we must question why ‘Black Lives Matter’ is not being perceived in a similar light. Despite understanding the surrounding principals and history, whilst empathising with the sad cause behind the movement upon which the organisation was founded...George Floyd. Black lives, as with all life, of course matter, but no more or less than anyone else’s. Surely this must be about equality at the end of the day and not about bias? The necessity to resolve this matter would be better focused more on the ‘aforementioned ignorant a$$holes’ that need a serious dose of Buddhist MK Ultra.

But, let’s try to remain impartial and look at the verifiable data and statistics … Shooting bias - Wikipedia and from this, surmise the known facts. Black, (African American) communities in the USA comprise an approximate 10%+/- minority of which say 50% are women (hence 5% Male). If you are an unarmed white man in the US, you are 4 times more likely to be shot by an armed (1 in 20), ‘black man’. If you are an unarmed black man, you are 8 times more likely to be shot by the same armed black man…One further statistic taken from Candace Owens (above); 93% of black murders are conducted black on black.

The question has now to be asked; exactly how big is this violent minority as a percentage of the 5% black male population? This is where the rubber meets the road and real questions need to be investigated as it is likely to be small. Poverty and drugs are often likely complicit, ($). However, It would be interesting to know exactly how much 'gang culture' is actually  playing a part, statistically in this equation of death. A glowing, growing indication of black on black racism; one that is going un-noticed or unmentioned due to colour blindness.. and lifestyle complications relating (again) to the 5/6th C's: class & cash... the data doesn't lie.

Stop and think about what these facts are inadvertently saying …. the underlying problem relating to the majority of all American shootings must lie with a violent, very small, minority of black men. Not exclusively of course but a small minority faction causing a majority of anything, particularly shootings, is a serious problem worthy of investigation. It is not difficult to identify and isolate specifics given sufficient data.  We can get into the ‘under privileged, abuse stories of poverty, neglect and poor education’ later but… Remember the bar signs “No Dogs, No Blacks, No Irish”. The Irish, bottom of the list, were/are often referred to as ‘the blacks of Europe’ for good reason, we really do get it. Read: Angela’s Ashes ‘mi ol’ ma…’ says they had it easy!

Many cultures have historically experienced exceptionally hard times, no more so than African people of colour... especially when in comparison with those in that live in the great ‘American sanctuary’. Nothing stopped Barak Obama from becoming an enormously powerful black man, apparently in a predominantly white man’s world. It does not seem rational or logical for anyone to complain about how bad and impoverished your life is when you have a $500 colt revolver in the top drawer ‘for emergencies’. I do not, and would not, and I am a knowledgeable veteran who spends most of his time in a Mexican backwater cartel town. Like most Americans...I barely have $500 cash for a genuine emergency, let alone a gun. If you do not like your circumstances or sitution... Move. I am not lecturing, I did move, just like the Syrian, Libyan and now Palestinian refugees are moving… because they had no choice.

Ireland is now one of the richest and safest countries in the world by capita and it seems like only yesterday we were making headlines with bombs in the local bars and livestock running around the kitchen tables. There's still the odd nutter here and there of course (it's Ireland) but no mass shootings or violent revolutions anymore (fingers and toes remain sceptically crossed).

The Irish mindset has changed significantly through experience (and lots of Cash) thus Ireland is rapidly becoming a strong, audible voice on the world stage of ‘No-way’. The people of Ireland have experienced first-hand systemic, chronic racism for literally hundreds of years, we get it…both catholic and protestant. Adapt, Improvise and Overcome. The Irish tried violence; guess what, it did not work! Black Americans must learn the lessons that the black panthers did not and adapt accordingly by denouncing violence and in particular, small arms (if only).  Before dismissing this as ridiculous, think about the ramifications of doing so.

As a military man I understand to the letter, handguns serve no real functional purpose other than killing another human being in close quarters. If an elephant is charging in my direction, I would not be reaching for a 357 magnum, no matter how powerful it is, (unless it was my only option). An elephant gun has a specific purpose, just like a pistol. If the black communities denounce the handgun and make it ‘black-lateral’ it would result in seismic shifts in (global) opinion… think about it. Feel free to keep the long-sight for your redneck revolutions... but pistols are for pussy’s.

If all Black Americans, via BLM, unilaterally gave up their handguns in a show of defiant allegiance, it would only serve to empower their cause, significantly and globally. Fighting whitey does not work, they own the gun factories...so, hit them in the pocket, where it really hurts. White people would turn on a dime if anybody indiscriminately killed anyone that is known to be unarmed. Especially and including black people… this is a demonstrable fact.

We are all hypocrites but knowing this, work to your strengths… Whitey would never openly allow anyone to hurt an unarmed man, irrespective of colour, at least not on home soil. We do that dirty work abroad.  If the black panthers wanted to ever beat whitey here was the tip you missed: loose the weapons and focus on the fists. It would have worked… do not believe me? Ask any white man if he would prefer to fight a black man or a white man… in the ring! Then, reverse the question; Racist?

Here is the sad curve ball… it will never happen. The first problem being the infamous, catch all excuse, the US second amendment right to bear arms. In my lowly opinion, it gives weak men an excuse to carry, and is why Black American men should jump all over this observation. If you cannot back up your big mouth with your fists, then keep it shut or be prepared to adapt and improvise using your intelligence. The second… bigger problem, would be convincing whitey ‘it’s legit’. Bear in mind we invented hypocritical blackbelt lying and do not want black people schmoozing in on the act.

Disarmament of all handguns really would have to happen for it to be believed, and I am sure it would be tested by whitey. Black women… mothers, are the only people that could probably influence this occurrence; it would be a struggle and no doubt impossible… because it currently is. Hence, there are some serious questions to be posed then answered and these can only be addressed or remidied from within the black community itself, because statistically the data indicates this as being such. This really isn't a problem that a white man or woman could address, for a long list of reasons. Possible solutions are often deemed none effective and even racist... more hypocrisy.

Irish women all but irradicated extensive domestic violence throughout Ireland; when there was a local beating, they all in unison, collectively and in synchronous, closed their legs… and stuck to their guns. This remained such until the culprit in question was dealt with by the men of the community, their husbands...black eyes essential. Pussy power became judge, jury, executioner and an incredibly powerful motivator; the local pub became the kangaroo court. … of course, domestic abuse still happens in Ireland but less occasionally and... be prepared for the consequences, Irish women get feisty when annoyed!

Defund the Police? I am not a great lover of a police state, nor of dictatorial authority in general, but most of ‘these guys’ (I agree, not all) really are just trying to do their job, feed their families and get home alive; having been in the military, I understand. Policing, day in day out, in a statistically demonstrable hotbed of ‘Dead-Ville’ is not a position anybody wants to be in, especially if you have a family to feed.

Alarmingly, these areas are very often predominantly all-black, but it is not all about Racial discrimination; it is as much about fear… and that is what is being missed. The Police are human and are genuinely frightened but would/could never admit to being so… armed frighted men (or women) are Fckin dangerous, anywhere! The real secret to owning a handgun is knowing you'll never need to use it in self-defense... so why would a real man carry one? To be a hero... or because some other asshole is..? Don't be that other asshole!

I will summarise by saying that Racism is far more complicated than we are all giving credit to… because most people are borderline racist at some level and are not aware of it, nor would they ever admit to being so. This was admitted in an open letter by a former UK police commissioner, now (another) victim of cancel culture and woke-ism..?

Most of us are not living through a chronic, violent lens of constant racism day in day out, like the Palestinians and Israeli’s are and the Irish were. Racism will always exist until there is a colossal shift in consciousness, one that human beings may actually one day wake up to and realise…but I honestly doubt it.

Evil people will do the things that good people will not do in order to get ahead... therefore evil will always rise on the backs of good people. Hence to conclude; they must already have… Sadly, Evil rules.

Racism will cease to exist when my lily-white Irish arse wins a MoBo … and I can’t sing!

WAKE UP!

The mainstream media, and their offsprings, are controlled by just 6 moguls; it cannot and will not learn because they know no different; institutionalised is the term... and we all are, in one way or another.

We need facts, not opinion and open debate surrounding the facts if they are in question, no media, mainstream or social will take this on board... they're all playing to their own narratives.

A visibly flawed dichotomy that has become the new normal; one in which authoritarian control is normal.
"Do as I say not as do, one rule for me and another for you."
Are we so lost?
Here's Brian Cox explaining in scientific terms.
